An interesting article in the bbc news online recently about a paraglider who suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury in an accident rather than a spinal cord tumour. However the article emphasises the “hidden” issues that similar central nerve damage can cause but most people are not aware that this can happen.
It is also quite a humorous account, as we all know your dignity can often go out the window if you suffer such spinal cord nerve damage!!
